OMA adjusted EBITDA up 12% in 1Q2013, forecasts 4.5% pax growth and 10% revenue growth in 2013

Mexico’s Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) revenue up 12% – financial highlights for three months ended 31-Mar-2013:

  • Total revenue: MXN788 million (USD62.3 million), +11.8% year-on-year;
    • Aeronautical: MXN517 million (USD0.9 million), +7.5%;
    • Non-aeronautical: MXN184 million (USD14.6 million), +20.9%;
    • Construction: MXN87 million (USD6.9 million), +21.9%;
  • Adjusted EBITDA: MXN393 million (USD31.1 million), +12.1%;
  • Net profit: MXN226 million (USD17.9 million), +22.5%;
  • Passenger numbers: 3.0 million, +4.6%;
  • Aircraft movements: 79,393, -4.3%;

OMA: “OMA expects that 2013 passenger traffic will increase approximately 3.5% to 4.5%, and expects that the sum of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues will increase approximately 8.0% to 10.0%. The Adjusted EBITDA margin for the full year is expected to be in the range 50.5% to 52.0%. Total MDP capex during 2013 is expected to be in the range of MXN700 million to MXN800 million.
