Moscow Sheremetyevo pax numbers up 21% in 1Q2011

Russia's Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport announced it handled 4.3 million passengers in 1Q2011, a 21% year-on-year increase. International traffic increased 17.9% in the period to 2.8 million and domestic traffic rose 25.8% to 1.5 million passengers. In Mar-2011, the airport handled 1.5 million passengers, a 19.7% year-on-year increase. The airport expects to handle 21 million passengers in 2011.
