Italy's Milan Malpensa Airport announced the following traffic highlights in Sep-2011:

Passenger numbers: 1,827,761, +2.4%;
- Domestic: 363,589, +5.0%;
- International: 1,442,919, +0.3%;
Cargo volume: 34,803 tonnes, -0.8%;
Aircraft movements: 16,785, -3.2%;
- Domestic: 3383, +2.7%;
- International: 13,402, -4.6%.
