Mahindra Holdings incorporates subsidiary Mahindra Airways

Mahindra & Mahindra incorporated (27-Jul-2016) Mahindra Airways as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings (MHL) with the initial subscription of INR500,000 (USD7453) into Mahindra Airways.
