MAp rejects Global Airports' management proposal

Macquarie Airports (MAp) announced (23-Sep-2009), in a letter to security holders, it has considered and evaluated Global Airports' suggestions and has decided not to pursue them on the basis that they pose unacceptable risks for MAp security holders from both a financial and operational standpoint.
