Madrid Barajas Airport reports highest pax in 22 months in Jul-2014

Spain's Madrid Barajas Airport stated (08-Aug-2014) the airport handled its highest number of passengers in the past 22 months in Jul-2014, with passengers increasing by 4.8% year-on-year to 4.1 million. The growth also marks the sixth consecutive month of growth for the airport. Cargo volume increased 11% to 31,568 tons and aircraft movements increased 3.6% to 31,330. [more - original PR - Spanish]
