Lufthansa close to selling majority of IT subsidiary Lufthansa Systems: reports

Lufthansa is reportedly close to selling a majority of its IT subsidiary Lufthansa Systems (Manager Magazin/Reuters, 18-Aug-2011). The two remaining bidders are IBM and Tata Group. The winning bidder would take over a 51% stake in the company.
