LOT Polish Airlines: No incentive for larger EU carriers to acquire smaller airlines

LOT Polish Airlines CEO Sebastian Moikosz, speaking at CAPA's Airlines in Transition Conference on 25/26-Mar-2015, stated (26-Mar-2015) there is no incentive for larger European carriers to acquire smaller European carriers due to the ownership restrictions.
