LAN Airlines announced (25-Jan-2011) the following financial highlights for 2010:

    • Cargo: USD1,280.7 million, +43.0%;
    • Other: USD132.8 million, -2.6%;
  • Expenses: USD3,900.4 million, +21.1%
    • Aircraft fuel: USD1,161,9 million, +21.1%;
    • Wages and benefits: USD794.1 million, +24.7%;
  • Operating profit: USD622.9 million, +43.0%;
  • Operating margin: 13.8%, +1.9 ppts;
  • Net profit:USD419.7 million, +81.6%;
  • Net profit margin: 9.3%, +3.0 ppts;
  • Total assets*: USD6,785.9 million, +17.6%;
  • Total liabilities*: USD5,485.8 million, +17.6%;
  • Total equity*: USD1,300.1 million, +17.6%;
  • Passenger numbers: 17.3 million, +12.3%;
