Kuwait International Airport revenue reach USD63 million in 2009

Kuwait's Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) stated revenue at Kuwait International Airport reached approximately KWD18 million (USD62.9 million*) in 2009 (Kuna, 11-Jan-2010). The DCA is expected to invest up to KWD70 million (USD244.3 million) in the airport's infrastructure upgrades, as part of plans to increase the airport's capacity from seven million to 20 million p/a over the next few years.
