16-Dec-2010 11:15 AM

Kingfisher Airlines CEO Sanjy Aggarwal stated at least seven grounded aircraft will be returned to operations in the next three to six months with the carrier also planning to increase business seat capacity over the next six months through the reconfiguration of A320-family aircraft as demand picks up (Live Mint, 15-Dec-2010). The CEO also noted that around 150 pilots have left the airline in the past year, one-third in the past three months. A number of senior executives have also left with Mr Aggarwal stating that a priority for the carrier is to improve employee retention.
