Kingfisher Airlines may launch GDR issue in Apr-2011

Kingfisher Airlines stated it plans to proceed with plans to raise INR13.5 billion (USD300 million) through a Global Depository Receipt (GDR) issue (Economic Times, 15-Mar-2011). The company may reportedly launch its GDR by the end of Apr-2011 if the Libya crisis eases.
