Khazanah Nasional appoints administrator for Malaysia Airlines

Khazanah Nasional appointed (25-May-2015) Mohammad Faiz Azmi as administrator for Malaysia Airlines (MAS), effective 25-May-2015. The appointment will facilitate the transfer of selected assets and liabilities from MAS to the new Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) by 01-Sep-2015. MAS will continue to operate as normal up to 31-Aug-2015 and MAB will become operational with a new business model and management team from 01-Sep-2015.
