Kenya Airways revenue up 9% - financial highlights for six months ended 30-Sep-2013:

  • Revenue: KES54,338 million (USD632.4 million), +9.0% year-on-year;
  • Direct costs: KES37,265 million (USD433.7 million), -6.6%;
  • Operating profit: KES1739 million (USD20.2 million), compared to a loss of KES5533 million (USD64.4 million) in p-c-p;
  • Net profit: KES384 million (USD4.5 million), compared to a loss of KES4788 million (USD55.7 million) in p-c-p;
  • Total assets: KES136,925 million (USD1594 million);
