Jetstar says it has achieved, net of inflation, a 2% cost reduction every year since starting

Jetstar Group CEO Jayne Hrdlicka, speaking at the carriers' 2015 investor day, said (12-May-2015) Jetstar Airways has achieved, net of inflation, over 2% cost reduction every single year since it commenced operations. Ms Hrdlicka said: "That's driven by absolute discipline on not letting gan additional dollar of cost into the business."
