Jazeera Airways commences formal bidding for a 35% stake in Kuwait Airways

Jazeera Airways submitted (01-Jun-2015) a LoI to acquire 35% of Kuwait Airways. The 35% is the maximum allowed by a single private investor under Kuwait's plans to privatise Kuwait Airways. Jazeera Airways chairman Marwan Boodai said, "We believe an efficiently run Kuwait Airways with a private sector management approach benefits all stakeholders, especially employees."
