Japan Airlines to delay air cargo operations merger

Japan Airlines reportedly plans to delay the merger of its air cargo operations with Nippon Yusen KK from Apr-2010 to Jul-2010 at the earliest, following the formulation of a rehabilitation plan (Bloomberg, 28-Dec-2009).
