Ireland in the final stages of developing a national aviation strategy

Ireland's Minister for Tourism, Transport and Sport Paschal Donahue, speaking at CAPA's Airlines in Transition Conference on 25/26-Mar-2015, stated (25-Mar-2015) the Irish Government is in the final stages of finalising an national aviation strategy to meet its expected future needs and provide a strategic framework to meet those needs and respond to the challenges inherent in the sector. Including in the strategy will be the formation of a stakeholders' forum to provide a feedback cycle for the future development of the industry and the Irish economy.
