HNA Group confirms interest in Hochtief airport unit assets

HNA Group, parent of Hainan Airlines, confirmed the carrier is bidding for assets put up for sale by Hochtief Airport Ltd Co, the airport unit of Hochtief AG (Wall Street Journal, 08-Aug-2011). Bids for the assets are expected to exceed USD1 billion.
