FedEx Express MD regulatory affairs says airlines remain a 'boys club' at the senior level

FedEx Express MD regulatory affairs Nancy Sparks, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit, said (28-Apr-2015) it is important to have women in positions of leadership in the aviation industry to serve as an example for future generations of potential female employees in the sector. Ms Sparks said airlines remain a "boys club" at the senior level.
