ExpressJet Holdings revenue up 21.4% in 2Q2010, losses widen

ExpressJet Holdings reports (11-Aug-2010) the following consolidated financial highlights:

  • Three months ended Jun-2010:
    • Operating revenue: USD207 million, +21.4% year-on-year;
      • Passenger: USD189.6 million, +26.9%;
    • Operating costs: USD215.8 million, +18.9%;
      • Labour: +15%
    • Operating loss: (USD8.8 million) compared with a loss of USD10.9 million in p-c-p;
    • Net loss: (USD18.6 million) compared with a loss of USD13.1 million in p-c-p.
  • Six months ended Jun-2010:
    • Operating revenue: USD396.3 million, +16.5%;
      • Passenger: USD354.7 million, +20.5%;
    • Operating costs: USD419.5 million, +15.8%;
      • Labour: +14.7%;
    • Operating loss: (USD23.2 million) compared with a loss of USD21.9 million in p-c-p;
