• Operating profit: TWD873.1 million (USD29.3 million), -49.8%;
• Net profit: TWD673.7 million (USD22.6 million), -57.7%;
• Total assets: TWD139,416 million (USD4673 million), +0.1% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011;
• Cash and cash equivalents: TWD20,310 million (USD680.8 million), +48.6% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011;
• Total liabilities: TWD102,201 million (USD3426 million), +0.8% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011.
