Eurowings Europe inaugurates scheduled services on 23-Jun-2016

Eurowings Europe announced (23-Jun-2016) the inauguration of its first scheduled service on 23-Jun-2016, with the carrier operating Vienna-Alicante service using its only A320-200 aircraft. The same aircraft will operate the remainder services on its network, including to Bastia, Rome, Hannover, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia and London. By the end of Oct-2016, the carrier is expected to take delivery of a further two A320 aircraft, which will be stationed in Vienna International Airport. From late Oct-2016 Eurowings Europe will offer 15 destinations from Vienna, including Fuerteventura, Pisa and Jerez de la Frontera.
