Etihad reports positive EBITDAR on 28% revenue growth in 1H2011

Etihad Airways reported (13-Jul-2011) its first EBITDAR profit for the first half with a 28% year-on-year jump in revenue to USD1720 million for the six months ended 30-Jun-2011. The carrier stated it remains on track to achieve its goal of breaking even this year and maintaining sustainable profitability in 2012. Details include:

    • Cargo: +32%;
