Ethiopian Airlines CEO says airlines are trying to balance competition and cooperation

Ethiopian Airlines CEO Tewolde GebreMariam, speaking at the CAPA World Aviation Summit 2015, said (07-Oct-2015) airlines in partnerships, alliances and JVs are trying to balance competition and cooperation. In the end, both the customers and the airlines are benefiting from the existence of these relationships and each airline has to take the disadvantages and the advantages of such arrangements and weigh them against each other.
