easyJet apologises for fuel and luggage errors at Birmingham

easyJet apologised to passengers affected by a fuel error at Birmingham International Airport on 26-Dec-2010 and offered compensation for the delay (BBC News, 10-Jan-2011). Some 37 passengers were asked to disembark the aircraft to make it lighter, after it had been loaded with too much fuel. The airline also removed passengers' luggage from the hold, which passengers did not to receive after landing in Geneva. easyJet stated they are looking into the issue.
