EADS executives cleared of insider trading accusations

French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) cleared 17 current and former executives of EADS of charges of insider trading relating to knowledge of delays on the A380 programme (AFP, 18-Dec-2009). The Authority concluded that knowledge of the A380 delays was not "privileged information" and therefore eliminated the possibility of insider trading.
