Development of secondary airports is the key to regional aviation in APAC: Embraer

Embraer senior airline marketing manager Adam Young, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, said (05-Aug-2016) 80% of Asia Pacific traffic transits through six major hubs, making passengers seek alternatives to densely used airports. Mr Young added that there is still a need to develop secondary airports and provide passenger access to these airports. Once passengers can get to those airports, regional aviation will develop, he said.
