Delta confirms Memphis service reductions and suspensions

Delta Air Lines plans to suspend the following services from its Memphis International Airport hub which is expected to close in Sep-2013 - see Route Changes Table for more information (Airline Route, 11-Jun-2013):

  • Memphis-Austin: 18 times weekly frequency reduced to six times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Baton Rouge: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Columbus: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Dallas/Ft Worth: 21 times weekly frequency reduced to 12 times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. American Airlines also operates on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis- Fayetteville, Ark: 12 times weekly frequency cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Ft Lauderdale: Daily service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis- Indianapolis: 21 times weekly frequency reduced to 12 times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. American Airlines also operates on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Jackson, Miss: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Kansas City: 12 times weekly frequency reduced to six times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Knoxville: 12 times weekly frequency cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Little Rock: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Louisville: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Milwaukee: 12 times weekly frequency reduced to six times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Nashville: 12 times weekly frequency reduced to six times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Oklahoma City: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Omaha: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Orlando: 14 times weekly frequency reduced to daily from 30-Aug-2013. According to Innovata, Southwest Airlines also operates on the route;
  • Memphis-Phoenix: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-St Louis: 12 times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-San Antonio: 12 times weekly frequency reduced to six times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Shreveport: 12 times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Tulsa: Six times weekly service cancelled from 30-Aug-2013. Delta is currently the sole operator on the route according to Innovata;
  • Memphis-Washington Reagan: 21 times weekly frequency reduced to 12 times weekly from 30-Aug-2013. US Airways also operates on the route according to Innovata.
