Danish Air Transport 'cautiously pleased' with 2014 profit

Danish Air Transport director Jesper Rungholm stated (08-May-2015) the company is "cautiously pleased" with its DKK14.3 million (EUR1.9 million) pre-tax profit for 2014. Mr Rungholm said: "The much-delayed Airbus introduction meant major operating problems, leasing of external capacity and compensation to customers, reducing profit by more than 10 mil. kr." Mr Rungholm added: "The collaboration with Primo Tours stood the test in the spring, and we are very grateful for the effort and understanding that we saw. We are therefore extra proud that the collaboration with Primo Tours was expanded later in 2014 when Århus Charter now also became part of our production." [more - original PR - Danish]
