Continental postpones installation of onboard internet

Continental Airlines plans to postpone the installation of onboard internet as it seeks to "determine inflight internet connectivity solutions in the context of a merged carrier" (World-Countries, 05-Jul-2001). The carrier had planned to launch Aircell internet services on its B757-300 fleet during 2Q2010.
