Continental Airlines: "For September 2009, consolidated passenger revenue per available seat mile (RASM) is estimated to have decreased between 18.5 and 19.5% compared to September 2008, while mainline RASM is estimated to have decreased between 20.0 and 21.0 percent. September 2008 results included a 3 ppts increase in both consolidated and mainline RASM related to a reduction in the company's frequent flyer liability. For August 2009, consolidated passenger RASM decreased 17.2% compared to August 2008, while mainline passenger RASM decreased 17.9% compared to August 2008," Company statement.
