Chinese aviation profits reach USD1.4bn in first four months of 2010: CAAC

CAAC reports the following financial highlights for the country's aviation industry for the four months ended 30-Apr-2010 (Yicai.com, 13-May-2010):

  • Total profit: USD1,375 million*;
    • Airlines: USD1,013 million;
    • Airports: USD262.1 million;
    • Other aviation companies: USD99.6 million.

*Based on the conversion rate at USD1 = CNY6.83
