China Southern expects to transport 7.5 million pax during Lunar New Year

China Southern Airlines expects to transport a total of 7.5 million passengers during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday period between 19-Jan-2011 and 27-Feb-2011, an increase of 9.7% year-on-year (Carnoc.com, 07-Jan-2011). During the peak travel period, China Southern will add a total of 4635 additional flight operations, 13.7% more than the previous corresponding period, and includes 4367 domestic services and 268 international services.
