China forecasts 2.6 billion trips during Spring Festival

China's Ministry of Transport is forecasting an 11.6% year-on-year increase in passenger trips to 2.6 billion during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday attributable to stable economic growth and better transport facilities (Xinhua, 17-Jan-2011).
