China and Singapore's visa-free agreement to come into effect on 17-Apr-2011
China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced China's visa-free agreement with Singapore for Chinese and Singaporean diplomatic, official and official ordinary passport holders will come into effect on 17-Apr-2011. China and Singapore signed the mutual visa-free agreement on 18-Feb-2011.
