China Airlines revenue down 17.9% - financial highlights for the 12 months ended 31-Dec-2009:

• Operating revenue: USD3,228 million, -17.9% year-on-year;
• Operating cost: USD2,862 million, -25.0%;
• Operating expenses: USD419.4 million, -5.8%;
• Operating profit (loss): (USD53.3 million), compared to a loss of USD326.9 million in the previous corresponding period;
• Profit (loss) from continuing operations before tax: (USD123.7 million), compared to a loss of USD1,152 million in the previous corresponding period;
• Net profit (loss): (USD119.5 million), compared to a loss of USD1,016 million in the previous corresponding period.
