Cathay Pacific pleased with US Airways and TAM additions to oneworld

Cathay Pacific COO Ivan Chu, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (08-Aug-2013) American Airlines "is one of our most important partners," adding "we are really happy that US Airways is joining [oneworld], TAM is joining." Mr Chu added the carrier is pursuing a "pragmatic" alliance strategy.
