Canada expands air transport agreement with Egypt

Canadian Government announced (21-Dec-2010) the expansion of an air transport agreement with Egypt. The expanded agreement allows carriers to operate more services between the countries, operate codeshare services and provides flexibility to adjust their prices for travel between Canada and Egypt according to market forces. The agreement is being applied on an administrative basis, allowing airlines to offer new services immediately. Once ratified, the expanded agreement will replace the 1987 Canada-Egypt bilateral air transport agreement. [more]
