Brazil's consumer prices rise faster than expected

Brazil's Statistics Agency stated Brazilian inflation increased more than expected through mid-Sep-2010, with consumer prices rising 0.3% through mid-Sep-2010 (Bloomberg, 22-Sep-2010). The results have increased expectations that the central bank will raise interest rates in 1H2011.
