Boeing delivers 900th B777 aircraft to Ethiopian Airlines

Boeing confirmed (17-Nov-2010) the delivery of its 900th B777 aircraft to to Ethiopian Airlines. The aircraft is the ultra-long-range B777-200LR (long range) Worldliner, and is the first of five 777s the carrier placed on order in 2009. The carrier will use the 777-200LRs on new, non-stop Washington DC-Addis Ababa service and new long-haul, non-stop routes such as Beijing. [more]
