Boeing boosts 20-year aircraft forecast for Oceania market

Boeing announced (11-Jul-2011) a revised 20-year forecast for the Oceania market, with an outlook for 970 new aircraft, valued at USD130 billion, with more than half of the predicted aircraft deliveries expected to accommodate growth. Narrowbody aircraft are expected to account for 69% of the 970 new aircraft. Twin-aisle widebodies are expected to account for 27% of deliveries.
