Big data to change the way companies do business: Amadeus

Amadeus global head of sales and commercial travel intelligence Didier Mamma, speaking at the CAPA Asia Aviation Summit, said (15-Nov-2016) big data will change the way companies do business. Mr Mamma said airlines will need to hire personnel with new skills, such as data scientists, to transform into data-driven businesses. Mr Mamma said fully utilising data will also require investment in new systems and processes.
