ATA reports 7% rise in Jun-2011 passenger yield

Air Transport Association of America (ATA) reported the following passenger yield per RPM highlights:

• Jun-2011:
  • System: USD 15.57 cents, +6.7% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: USD 16.19 cents, +5.8%;
    • International: USD 14.48 cents, +8.4%;
• Six months ended 30-Jun-2011:
  • System: USD 15.40 cents, +9.2%;
    • Domestic: USD 16.12 cents, +8.9%;
    • International: USD 14.06 cents, +10.3%.
