Air Transport Association of America (ATA) reports (27-Feb-2010) the following traffic highlights for its member airlines in Jan-2010:

• Passenger numbers: 38.8 million, -0.4% year-on-year;
  • Domestic: 33.1 million, -0.6%;
  • International: 5.6 million, +1.1%;
    • Trans-Atlantic: 1. million, -1.3%;
    • Latin America: 3.0 million, +3.4%;
    • Asia Pacific: 1.0 million, -1.6%;
• Load factor: 76.6%, +2.8 ppts;
  • Domestic: 76.0%, +2.0 ppts;
  • International: 77.8%, +4.2 ppts;
    • Trans-Atlantic: 73.7%, +4.8 ppts;
    • Latin America: 79.4%, +3.6 ppts;
