Astro Aircraft Leasing: 2015 has seen 'prolonged low interest rate period'

Astro Aircraft Leasing CEO Johnny Lau, speaking at CAPA's Airline Fleet & Finance Summit Asia, said (03-Mar-2015) this year has seen a "prolonged low interest rate period, this is probably the perfect timing to get a sufficient capital base from the market." Mr Lau explained: "You need to prepare when you are in good shape, so don't wait until you are in need of money, you have to do it when everybody is coming to you… That's the perfect timing for you to negotiate the best deal."
