Association of Flight Attendants-CWA files suit against Delta

Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, representing Northwest Airlines' flight attendants, filed a lawsuit against Delta Air Lines with the AFA-CWA claiming Delta violated scheduling rules by only allowing flight attendants to have 11 hours off after a long international service when they are meant to receive more than two days off (Wall Street Journal, 26-Aug-2010).
