ALTA passenger numbers up in Oct-2011, cargo traffic up

Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) reports (05-Dec-2011) the following traffic highlights in Oct-2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 11.7 million, +1.6% year-on-year;
  • Passenger traffic (RPKs): +3.4%;
  • Capacity (ASKs): +7.4%;
  • Passenger load factor: 73.7%, -2.8 ppts;
