ALTA Executive Director reviews challenges to the Latin American market

Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association's (ALTA) Executive Director, Alex de Gunten, has stated the main challenges to the Latin American and Caribbean region include infrastructure constraints, unsuccessful airport privatisation models and the fragmentation of Latin America's air transport industry (Aircargo Asia Pacific, 18-Feb-2010).
