Alliance Airlines to use proceeds of F100 sale to reducing USD debt facility and general activities

Alliance Airlines announced (27-May-2015) it would use the AUD15.1 million (USD11.7 million) obtained from the sale of two Fokker F100 aircraft to reduce its USD debt facility by USD7 million, with the balance used for general corporate activities. After the transaction, Alliance's net debt will fall from AUD96 million (USD74.3 million) at 31-Dec-2014 to approximately AUD86 million (USD66.6 million) at 30-Jun-2015. [more - original PR]
